STEM TEA& BUD TEA

Bud tea and stem tea are the by-products of tea processing. The small leaves at the tip of the tea are bud tea. The aroma is not as strong as sencha, but it can be poured many times, so it is often used for commercial purposes. stem tea is the core of tea. stem always has a good color, but the taste is light, and the unique astringency and grassy smell of Kuki are different from the flavor of sencha.
